Order Process
Once you place an order, we will create your proof using to the information provided, and any special instructions you have requested – typically within 1 business day Mon-Fri 9:00-5:00 EST excluding holidays.
What's next? When your design is completed, we will email a proof for you to approve before printing. No orders are printed without customer approval. We request that you approve your proof within 48 hours of receipt, and ASAP for RUSH orders to ensure timely delivery.
Where's my proof?
Orders received before 5:00PM ET typically receive an emailed proof by 5:00PM the following business day. Orders placed after 5:00PM or on weekends and holidays will receive a proof the second business day.
If you still have not received your proof within the above listed times it may be marked as spam. If this is the case, please add us to your safe senders list to avoid further delays.

Printing & Delivery Times
Standard Printing + Ground Shipping:
Printing turnaround for standard 16pt business cards is 3-4 business days + 2-5 business days ground shipping. (Specialty coatings such as Spot UV and Foil will add an additional 2-3 business days processing time.)

Standard Printing + 2-Day Shipping:
Printing turnaround is 3-4 business days + 2 business days shipping.
Receive in 5-7 Business Days
Standard Printing + Overnight Shipping:
Printing turnaround is 3-4 business days + Overnight Rush Shipping.

Photo/Logo Design Requests
If you would like photo or logo customization like having your background removed, please request that as a special option or email us at: orders(@)realty-cards for instructions.
Request a Reprint
If there is a problem with any Realty Cards products that you receive, you may request a reprint. In order to process your request quickly and to avoid having to send back items through the mail, please do the following:
1. Line up 5-10 examples of the printed items in question to show us what the issue is.
2. Email us the photo and a detailed explanation of the issue to orders(@)realty-cards.com
Once received, our quality control department will review your request and then authorize a reprint if applicable.
